Supervision: Day Of Small Beginnings
→ Elevation Music – Album Design, Illustration & Photography
This is one of my favourite design projects, combining identity, typography, photography and illustration to create the artwork for Supervision's first album, Day of Small Beginnings. The front cover is purely typographic – a shape and pattern created from repeating, merging, flipping and positioning the icon inside a mask of itself. The end result is a shape that is intricate, unique and draws attention. The design was greatly received by the band and the record label – the ultimate goal of any job is to serve and please the client.
